PERSONS ARE PROVIDED A WIDE SPECTRUM OF SUPPORT RANGING FROM 24 HOUR SUPPORT TO ALMOST INDEPENDENCE WITH ONLY PERIODIC MONITORING. THE INDIVIDUAL'S FUTURE PLANS ARE TAILOR MADE TO FIT HIS OR HER UNIQUE NEEDS.
