UNITED HOUSING CONNECTIONS PROVIDES HOUSING AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR PERSONS AT-RISK FOR OR EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS IN THE UPSTATE. IN ADDITION, UNITED HOUSING CONNECTIONS IS THE LEAD AGENCY FOR THE UPSTATE CONTINUUM OF CARE, PROVIDING LEADERSHIP IN COORDINATING THE WORK OF AGENCIES AND SERVICES TO HELP IDENTIFY SERVICE GAPS, ELIMINATE DUPLICATION, AND MONITOR PROGRAMMING TO PROMOTE THE MOST EFFECTIVE COMMUNITY RESPONSE TO HOMELESSNESS.
