HEADSTART: THE PROGRAM IS A COMPREHENSIVE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN AND FAMILIES. HEAD START RECEIVED IN-KIND DONATIONS OF SERVICES AND RENTAL SPACE OF 1,866,368.
LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: THIS IS AN ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS.
COMMUNITY SERVICE BLOCK GRANT: THIS IS A PROGRAM TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES TO LOW-INCOME CLIENTS TO HELP THEM OBTAIN SELF-SUFFICIENCY. WEATHERIZATION: PROGRAM PROVIDES MATERIALS AND LABOR NECESSARY TO INCREASE ENERGY EFFICIENCY FOR HOMES OF LOW-INCOME, ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS.
CHILD AND ADULT CARE FOOD PROGRAM: PROGRAM PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE AGENCY IN PROVIDING FREE MEALS TO ELIGIBLE CHILDREN ENROLLED IN THE AGENCY'S HEAD START PROGRAM.
