THE COMMUNITY SERVICE BLOCK GRANT PROVIDES EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE AND TRANSPORTATION FOR ALL PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE COUNCIL FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES.
LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, FUNDED BY DHR, PROVIDED ENERGY ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFYING HOUSEHOLDS.
