A COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH ADRESSES EDUCATION, SOCIAL, HEALTH, NUTRITION, ADULT DEVELOPMENT, TRANSPORTATION, AND MENTAL HEALTH BASED ON FAMILY NEEDS. THESE INCLUDE INCOME, DISABILITIES, ENVIROMENTAL FACTORS, AND OTHER SPECIFIC NEEDS. INCLUDES CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH A DEVELOPMENTAL DAY PROGRAM GRANT TO PROVIDE CHILDCARE FOR CHILDREN FROM BIRTH TO AGE THREE AND PRACTICES FULL INCLUSION IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE PROGRAMS.
