NAPEO PROMOTES THE ADOPTION OF CONSISTENT AND COMPREHENSIVE STATE LAWS SIMILAR TO NAPEO'S MODEL PEO LEGISLATION. NAPEO PROMOTES A SET OF COMMONLY ACCEPTED PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES THAT ADDRESS FINANCIAL, ETHICAL, AND LEGAL PERFORMANCE.
