RESEARCH REPORT PUBLISHED AND DISTRIBUTED TO 5,000 INDIVIDUALS, CORPORATIONS, AND TRADE ASSOCIATIONS TO ASSIST IN EVALUATION OF LEGISLATIVE ISSUES AND FUTURE CONCERNS FOR BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY.
