NO OTHER CLINICAL SERVICES WERE PROVIDED IN ANY OF THE SIX 6 STATES IN WHICH THE CORPORATION HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. THE UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY CONTINUES CLINICAL OPPORTUNITIES WITH PROVIDERS IN OHIO TENNESSEE INDIANA AND WEST VIRGINIA.

THE CORPORATION HAS THREE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENTS WITH CINCINNATI CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL TO ENGAGE A CARDIAC INTERVENTIONISTS FROM TIME TO TIME ON A PER DIEM OR HOURLY BASIS 2 PEDIATRIC ELECTROPHYSIOLOGY SERVICES FOR FOUR DAYS A MONTH AT LEAST EIGHT HOURS A DAY AT AN HOURLY RATE AND 3 ADVANCE PRACTICE PROVIDER WHICH ENABLES CINCINNATI CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL TO ENGAGE AN ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER FROM TIME TO TIME ON A PER DIEM OR HOURLY BASIS.
A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SCHOOL EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM OF OHIO SERS AND THE CORPORATION FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY KNOW YOUR RX COALITION WAS ENTERED INTO EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1 2020 TO ESTABLISH AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF MEDICATION THERAPY MANAGEMENT AND RELATED SERVICES INCLUDING SERS MEDICARE EMPLOYER GROUP WAIVER PLANS AND COMMERCIAL INSURANCE PLAN MEMBERS.
