PROVIDE THE SERVICES OF DISTINGUISHED INDIVIDUALS TO PARTICIPATE IN EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS, PROVIDE RESEARCH, ENGAGE IN MEDIA AND OUTREACH ACTIVITIES REGARDING PUBLIC POLICIES AND ISSUES, PROMOTING RELIGIOUS LIBERTIES AND CONSTITUTIONAL FREEDOMS, SERVE AS OFFICER AND DIRECTOR FOR EDUCATIONAL AND RELIGIOUS CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND PROVIDE SERVICES OF DISTINGUISHED PROFESSOR OF LAW AND GOVERNMENT AT REGENT UNIVERSITY.
PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO LAW STUDENTS WHO DEMONSTRATE AN INTEREST IN CONSTITUTIONAL LAW AND THE PROMOTION OF CONSTITUTIONAL AND RELIGIOUS RIGHTS AND LIBERTIES.
