DURING 2014, THE 475TH FIGHTER GROUP HANGER AT THE PLANES OF FAME MUSEUM WAS MAINTAINED WITH ADDITIONAL DISPLAY CASES AND ARTIFACTS. ADDITIONAL MEMORABILIA WAS CATALOGED AS VOLUNTEER TIME WAS AVAILABLE. DISCUSSIONS ARE ONGOING WITH OTHER MUSEUMS ABOUT ASSISTING WITH THIS CATALOGING AND PRESERVATION ACTIVITIES. THE WEBSITE WWW.475TH.ORG CONTINUED TO BE UPDATED WITH PHOTOS AND STORIES OF THE WWII FIGHTER GROUP. INCLUDED IN THIS WEBSITE IS THE DIGITAL PRESENTATION OF THE GROUP'S PERIODIC NEWSLETTER WITH REPORTS ON RECENT EVENTS AND STORIES ABOUT THE GROUP'S MEMBERS. IN 2016, THE ADDITION OF A SIGNIFICANT EXHIBIT AT PACIFIC AVIATION MUSEUM PEARL HARBOR (PAMPH) WAS A CROWNING MOMENT. MOST OF THE GRANT MONEY WAS USED BY PAMPH TO CONSTRUCT THIS EXHIBIT ON BEHALF OF THE 475TH IN TIME FOR THE 75TH ANNIVERSARY OF PEARL HARBOR. THE OTHER EXPENSES WERE TO PREPARE EXHIBIT PIECES PRIMARILY FOR THAT PAMPH DISPLAY (P38 COCKPIT FOR EXAMPLE). IN 2018 AND CONTINUING INTO 2019 AN OUTREACH PROGRAM WAS STARTED TO REACH THE 3RD AND 4TH GENERATION FAMILY MEMBERS AS WELL AS TO FURTHER TELL THE 475TH STORY TO A WIDER PUBLIC.
