THESE FUNDS ARE TO BE USED FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS SERVING RURAL AREAS. TITLE III FUNDS ARE DISBURSED TO THE SENIOR CENTERS IN MCPHERSON COUNTY TO COVER THE COST OF WAGES.
