Part 3 - Line 4a

TITLE III-C AND SSGB FUNDED PROGRAMS FOR PEOPLE AGED 60 AND OLDER AND CERTAIN HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS AGED 18-59. PARTICIPANTS ARE INFORMED OF THE COST OF THE MEAL AND ARE ENCOURAGED TO MAKE CONFIDENTIAL CONTRIBUTIONS. THEY ARE NOT CHARGED FOR THE MEAL AND ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE A MEAL REGARDLESS OF THE WILLINGNESS OR ABILITY TO CONTRIBUTE.


TITLE III-B, D, AND E FUNDED PROGRAMS TO ASSIST IN DEVELOPING, IMPROVING, AND PROIVIDING SERVICES TO PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE FOR OLDER PEOPLE. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION, DAYCARE, IN-HOME, LEGAL, COUNSELING, HEALTH PROMOTION, ETC.
