COMMUNITY SERVICES: 1) IN-HOME CARE - PROVIDE CARE TO "HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICE" ELIGIBLE SENIORS TO ENABLE THEM TO STAY IN THEIR HOME RATHER THAN BEING INSTITUTIONALIZED. CAREGIVERS PROVIDE SERVICES SUCH AS PERSONAL CARE, MINOR TREATMENT, NUTRITION AND LIGHT HOUSEKKEEPING. 2) EMPLOYMENT - PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN THE COMMUNITY TO LOW-INCOME PERSONS 55 YEARS OLD AND PROVIDE PLACEMENT SERVICES FOR OTHER EMPLOYMENT. 3) VOLUNTEER - SENIOR VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE SERVICES FOR OTHER SENIORS, QUALIFIED PERSONS OR NON-PROFIT AGENCIES. 4) CARE MANAGEMENT - LICENSED OR DEGREED M.S.W.
