SENIOR CARE OPTIONS/MEDICAID WAIVER: PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO ELDERLY CONCERNING APPROPRIATE COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES.
CASE MANAGMENT: PROVIDE CARE FOR THE ELDERLY REGARDING LONG TERM HEALTH CARE.
