PROJECT RISE AIMS TO ADDRESS THE LOW LEVEL OF DISASTER PREPAREDNESS CAPACITY AMONG COMMUNITIES IN THE REGION. THE OBJECTIVE OF PROJECT RISE IS TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT DISASTER PREPAREDNESS PROGRAMS.
