CHIME FOR VIETNAMCONQUERING HEPATITIS VIA MICRO-ELIMINATION FOR VIETNAM (CHIME FOR VIETNAM)'S GOAL IS TO SCREEN AND PROVIDE ACCESS TO CARE PROGRAM FOR A REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLE OF 20,000 RESIDENTS IN HO CHI MINH CITY (HCMC), VIETNAM. PARTICULARLY, V-VHA EMPHASIZES ON FURTHER EXPANDING AND RIGOROUSLY EVALUATING OUR LINKAGE TO CARE MODEL FOR VIRAL HEPATITIS IN HCMC.


P.A.T.H. TO CUREPATHWAYS FOR ACCESS TO HEPATITIS TREATMENT (P.A.T.H.) TO CURE IN VIETNAM, A PATIENT NAVIGATOR PROGRAM TO EMPOWER AND GUIDE 1,000 HBV OR HCV PATIENTS WITH EVIDENCE-BASED KNOWLEDGE AND LINK THEM TO EXISTING RESOURCES IN VIETNAM, INCLUDING THEIR HEALTH INSURANCE. THE PROGRAM HAS BEEN FOCUSED ON PATIENT EDUCATION AND NAVIGATION SERVICES FOR HBV CARE MANAGEMENT, HCV TREATMENT PROCESS, AND CME SEMINARS FOR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS ON HBV AND HCV CARE MANAGEMENT
