TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN BUFFALO COUNTY BY PROVIDING FUNDING, PRIMARILY IN THE FORM OF DIRECT GRANTS AND SHORT TERM LOANS, TO ORGANIZATIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT BENEFITTING THE REGION THROUGH THE CREATION OF JOBS, JOB TRAINING AND EDUCATION, AND THE CIRCULATION OF BUSINESS REVENUES WITHIN THE AREA.


TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN BUFFALO COUNTY BY PROVIDING PROGRAMS, SERVICES, ACTIVITIES AND SUPPORT THAT ENCOURAGE BUSINESS GROWTH IN THE AREA. THESE SERVICES ENCOURAGE NEW BUSINESSES TO LOCATE IN THE AREA AND EXISTING BUSINESSES TO EXPAND, THUS CREATING EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES ANE ECONOMIC GROWTH.
