TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN BUFFALO COUNTY BY PROVIDING FUNDING, PRIMARILY IN THE FORM OF DIRECT GRANTS AND SHORT TERM LOANS, TO ORGANIZATIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT BENEFITTING THE REGION THROUGH THE CREATION OF JOBS, JOB TRAINING AND EDUCATION, AND THE CIRCULATION OF BUSINESS REVENUES WITHIN THE AREA.
TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN BUFFALO COUNTY BY PROVIDING PROGRAMS, SERVICES, ACTIVITIES AND SUPPORT THAT ENCOURAGE BUSINESS GROWTH IN THE AREA.
