IN FY 2017-18, THE DLI FOUNDATION CONTINUED GROWTH OF ITS ALUMNI MEMBERSHIP THROUGH ALUMNI-CENTRIC OUTREACH AND EVENTS. THE FOUNDATION CONDUCTED MORE THAN 25 OFFICIAL DLI TOURS FOR ALUMNI MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES. THE FOUNDATION SERVED AS THE SPONSOR ORGANIZATION FOR THE 242ND UNITED STATES ARMY BALL FOR THE DLIFLC AND PRESIDIO OF MONTEREY ARMY GARRISON. FOUNDATION LEADERSHIP PRESENTED AT 5 MAJOR CONFERENCES PROMOTING FOREIGN LANGUAGE APPLICATION THROUGHOUT MILITARY OPERATIONS AFFECTING NATIONAL SECURITY.
