ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING & LEADERSHIP COACHING:THIS BUSINESS UNIT IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTRACTS THAT BUILD THE CAPACITY OF LEADERS AND TEAMS TO MAKE PROGRESS ON EQUITY GOALS AND OUTCOMES THAT LEAD TO THRIVING AND MORE LIBERATORY COMMUNITIES. LEADING SERVICES ARE EXECUTIVE COACHING, PROCESS FACILITATION, TEAM DEVELOPMENT, STRATEGY & PROCESS DESIGN, AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT.


PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:THIS TEAM PLANS AND DELIVERS THE ORGANIZATION'S VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON COURSES, WORKSHOPS, AND INSTITUTES THAT OFFER OUR ORGANIZATIONS SIGNATURE AND TRANSFORMATIVE CONTENT AND PROCESSES.


FISCAL SPONSORSHIPS:THE ORGANIZATION WAS THE FISCAL AGENT FOR THE KINGMAKERS OF OAKLAND, WHOSE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO SCHOOLS, DISTRICTS AND ORGANIZATIONS WORKING TO IMPROVE THE EDUCATIONAL AND LIFE OUTCOMES FOR BLACK MALE STUDENTS. SERVICES INCLUDE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAININGS, CONSULTING, AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. THE ORGANIZATION IS THE FISCAL AGENT FOR LIBERATED, WHICH FOCUSES ON HEALING AND SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL LEARNING. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES STUDENT, TEACHER, AND FAMILY & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT RESOURCES AS WELL AS AN EDUCATOR TRAINING AND COACHING PROGRAM TO SUPPORT EDUCATORS AND LEADERS AT ALL LEVELS OF A SCHOOL SYSTEM.
