ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING & LEADERSHIP COACHING:THIS BUSINESS UNIT IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTRACTS THAT BUILD THE CAPACITY OF LEADERS AND TEAMS TO MAKE PROGRESS ON EQUITY GOALS AND OUTCOMES THAT LEAD TO THRIVING AND MORE LIBERATORY COMMUNITIES. LEADING SERVICES ARE EXECUTIVE COACHING, PROCESS FACILITATION, TEAM DEVELOPMENT, STRATEGY & PROCESS DESIGN, AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:THIS TEAM PLANS AND DELIVERS THE ORGANIZATION'S VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON COURSES, WORKSHOPS, AND INSTITUTES THAT OFFER OUR ORGANIZATIONS SIGNATURE AND TRANSFORMATIVE CONTENT AND PROCESSES.
