THE BROAD RESIDENCY IS A LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM THAT TRAINS EMERGING LEADERS FOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT POSITIONS IN LARGE URBAN SCHOOL SYSTEMS IN ADDITION TO PLACING QUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS INTO FULL-TIME HIGH-LEVEL MANAGERIAL POSITIONS IN SCHOOL DISTRICTS, CHARTER MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATIONS, AND FEDERAL/STATE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES GRANTS TO HELP THESE SYSTEMS COMPENSATE THE RESIDENTS FOR ON-THE-JOB TRAINING.
ALUMNI & NETWORK IMPACT IS A PROGRAM THAT HAS EMERGED FROM BOTH THE BROAD RESIDENCY AND THE BROAD ACADEMY TO PROVIDE SERVICES DESIGNED TO STRENGTHEN AND LEVERAGE THE CENTER'S GROWING NETWORK OF PARTICIPANTS AND ALUMNI.
