BLUEPRINT FOR CHANGE (BFC) PROVIDES THE FISCAL, ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MANAGEMENT FOR THE SYSTEM OF NEIGHBORHOOD PLACES (NP), STATEWIDE, NP'S ARE LOCATED IN SOME OF THE MOST VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES AS IDENTIFIED BY CHILD WELFARE SERVICES AND ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES TO FAMILIES AT RISK OF CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT. EACH NP APPROACHES SUPPORT SERVICES SLIGHTLY DIFFERENTLY DEPENDING ON THE NEEDS OF EACH SPECIFIC FAMILY AND COMMUNITY. GENERALLY SPEAKING, PROGRAM ACTIVITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: CASE MANAGEMENT, FAMILY SUPPORT AND STRENGTHENING SERVICES, INFORMATION AND REFERRALS, FOOD PANTRY, AND MUCH MORE.
