RESEARCH - GROUNDBREAKING RESEARCH FUELS THE SPECIALTY AND GIVES BOTH ESTABLISHED AND DEVELOPING ENDODONTISTS THE TOOLS TO ACHIEVE EXCELLENCE IN PATIENT CARE, SAVING NATURAL TEETH WHENEVER POSSIBLE. IN ORDER TO HELP DEFINE ENDODONTICS AS A SPECIALTY, THE FOUNDATION STRIVES TO FUND IMPACTFUL RESEARCH STUDIES, RANGING IN SCALE AND COMPLEXITY.
EDUCATION - SUPPORTING ENDODONTIC EDUCATION AND FACULTY IS CRITICAL TO THE GROWTH AND FUTURE SUCCESS OF THE SPECIALTY. IT IS THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION TO ENSURE THAT DENTAL STUDENTS ARE TAUGHT ENDODONTICS BY HIGHLY QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS IN THE FIELD WHO REMAIN PASSIONATE ABOUT ENDODONTICS AND ARE AT THE FOREFRONT OF RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY. STRONG ACADEMIC AND SCIENTIFIC AGENDAS EQUAL A STRONG AND PRODUCTIVITY FUTURE FOR THE SPECIALTY.
ADVANCEMENT OF THE SPECIALTY - SUPPORT OF THE ROOT CANAL AWARENESS CAMPAIGN; SPONSORSHIP OF THE ADVANCED PROGRAM IN CLINICAL ENDODONTICS FOR RESIDENTS (APICES); AND SPONSORSHIP OF THE PULP BIOLOGY AND REGENERATION SYMPOSIUM.
