IOWA PRIMARY CARE ASSOCIATION HAS A MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH IN CONCERTCARE, INC., A NON-PROFIT HEALTH CENTER CONTROLLED NETWORK RECOGNIZED BY THE HEALTH RESOURCES AND SERVICES ADMINISTRATION AND IOWA HEALTH CENTERS FOR ACCOUNTABILITY-WEST, LLC. IOWA PRIMARY CARE ASSOCIATION PERFORMS TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR IN CONCERTCARE, INC. IN A VARIETY OF AREAS INCLUDING CLINICAL APPLICATIONS EDUCATION, TRAINING AND SUPPORT, MEANINGFUL USE CERTIFICATION, CLINICAL QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT, AND HEALTHCARE ANALYTICS AND REPORTING. IOWA PRIMARY CARE ASSOCIATION ALSO PROVIDES ALL ADMINISTRATIVE, FINANCIAL AND MANAGERIAL SERVICES FOR BOTH ORGANIZATIONS.
