THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED 26 APARTMENTS FOR THE HOMELESS WITH DISABILITIES AND 12 APARTMENTS FOR THE MENTALLY DISABLED HOMELESS. TOTAL RENTS ARE BASED ON THE HUD APPROVED HOUSING VOUCHER PAYMENT STANDARD. THE TENANT PORTION OF RENT IS BASED ON 30 OF ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME. THE BALANCE OF THE RENT IS PAID WITH A HOUSING ASSISTANCE SUBSIDY RECEIVED THROUGH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS SHELTER PLUS CARE GRANT.
