SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM PERMANENT HOUSING INTERVENTION: LEASING PROGRAM INVOLVES EXPENSES RELATING TO SUSTAINING SRO FOR PARTICIPANTS IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH PERMANENT, SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING. CASE MANAGEMENT PROVIDES NECESSARY SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR PARTICIPANTS TO ENCOURAGE A PROPER SELF SUSTAINING LIFE. FOOD VOUCHERS, CLIENT TRAININGS/WORKSHOPS AND REFERRAL SERVICES PROVIDES DIRECT BENEFITS FOR EACH PARTICIPANT AND ENCOURAGES DAY TO DAY SELF SUFFICIENCY.
INTERIM HOUSING: FUNDED THROUGH THE CITY OF CHICAGO DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY AND SUPPORT SERVICES AND PROVIDES DECENT HOUSING, A SUITABLE LIVING ENVIRONMENT AND EXPANDING ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES, PRINCIPALLY FOR PEOPLE OF LOW INCOME.
