WEATHERIZATION - PROVIDE FURNACE REPAIR / REPLACEMENT AND RELATED ENERGY EFFICIENCY SERVICES TO INCOME ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS WITH EMPHASIS ON ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS. ASSISTANCE PROVIDED TO APPROXIMATELY 200 HOMES.
