COLLECTIVE IMPACT - ECDC IS A COMMITTED PARTNER AND LEADER IN A VARIETY OF PLACE-BASED, COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES. NEIGHBORING (OR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT) - ECDC STRIVES TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ITS NEIGHBORS, BOTH YOUTH AND ADULTS, THROUGH FITNESS, WORK, PLAY, HANDS-ON LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES, ACCESS TO HIGH-QUALITY SCHOOLS AND FAMILY SUPPORT.


ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT - ECDC HAS FOCUSED ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF VACANT AND OCCUPIED PROPERTIES WITHIN THE ENGLEWOOD NEIGHBORHOOD, FOR USE AS RENTAL, HOMEOWNERSHIP, AND COMMERCIAL USE. GRANT FUNDED CONSTRUCTION EXPENDITURES HAVE BEEN CAPITALIZED.
