ASTORIA MUSIC FESTIVAL PRESENTED AN OPERA AND OTHER CLASSICAL MUSIC PERFORMANCES DURING THE ANNUAL TWO WEEK PERIOD IN JUNE.


THE FESTIVAL'S ANNUAL APPRENTICE PROGRAMS OFFER ADVANCED TRAINING TO PRE-PROFESSIONAL YOUNG SINGERS AND INSTRUMENTALISTS. IN ADDITION, THERE ARE FREE NOON CONCERTS BY APPRENTICE MUSICIANS.


AN OCTOBER "RUSSIAN GOLD" RECITAL IN THE LIBERTY THEATER FEATURING SERGEY ANTONOV AND ILYA KAZANTSEV.
