TO SUPPORT THE LOCAL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND RAISE STUDENTS' AWARENESS OF CAREERS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.

THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED TWELEVE $2500 UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS TO COLLEGE STUDENTS, INCLUDING MILITARY PERSONNEL, WHO ARE FOCUSED ON DEGREES SUPPORTING THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. FOR EXAMPLE, STUDENTS ARE STUDYING PROJECT MANAGEMENT, ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE.


THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED SUPPORT TO EXPAND THE CONSTRUCTION CAREER PATHWAY COLLABORATIVE PROGRAM TO MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS IN INNER-CITY NEIGHBORHOODS IN THE GREATER CINCINNATI AREA. THE PROGRAM INTRODUCED STUDENTS TO BASIC SKILLS IN THE CONSTRUCTION TRADE, TAUGHT THEM GOOD WORK HABITS AND BOOSTED THEIR CONFIDENCE TO CONSIDER CONSTRUCTION AS A CAREER OPTION.
