THROUGH THESE THREE ORGANIZATIONS, CPAF PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG ARTISTS TO DEVELOP THEIR CREATIVE POTENTIAL, GIVING THEM THE CHANCE TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES THROUGH THE PERFORMING ARTS, FOSTERING CONFIDENCE, COMMITMENT, DEDICATION, PERSEVERANCE, COMPASSION, A SENSE OF COMMUNITY, AND THE CAPACITY TO IMAGINE AND CREATE.
