ADVOCATE FOR VICTIMS OF CRIME WITHIN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM AND PROTECTIVE ORDER CASES; PROVIDE REFERRALS TO SOCIAL-SERVICE AGENCIES THAT CAN HELP CRIME VICTIMS RECOVER. THE CENTER'S SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE STATEWIDE AT NO COST TO VICTIMS.

PROVIDED CRIME VICTIMS WITH NO-COST LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN ENFORCING THEIR RIGHTS AS CRIME VICTIMS IN STATE AND FEDERAL COURT AND NO-COST VICTIM ADVOCACY SERVICES, SUCH AS REFERRALS TO THERAPISTS, INFORMATION ABOUT LOW-INCOME HOUSING OR OTHER NEEDED SERVICES OR RESOURCES. PROVIDED TRAINING FOR ATTORNEYS, VICTIM ADVOCATES AND OTHERS ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY SOURCES OF VICTIMS' RIGHTS.
