NJP PROVIDES FREE CIVIL LEGAL ASSISTANCE TO ELIGIBLE LOW-INCOME AND VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS THROUGH DIRECT REPRESENTATION, ADVICE, REFERRAL, SELF-HELP MATERIALS AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND SUPPORT. IN 2021, NJP WORKED ON APPROXIMATELY 11,700 CASES ACROSS WASHINGTON STATE THROUGH TOLL-FREE TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE, 13 FIELD OFFICES AND 8 SATELLITE OFFICES.
