EDUCATION AND RESEARCH ACTIVITIES ON FARMWORKER LABOR AND ENVIRONMENTAL RIGHTS CONCERNING FEDERAL OR STATE STATUTORY RIGHTS AND GUARANTEES AFFORDED OR DENIED TO AGRICULTURAL WORKERS IN THE AREAS OF WAGES, WORKING CONDITIONS, EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS, ORGANIZATION AND FREE ASSEMBLY AND EXPRESSION, AS WELL AS GOVERNMENT POLICIES AND PRACTICES IN ENFORCING THESE RIGHTS AND GUARANTEES.
