CONFLICT PREVENTION:A TOTAL OF 3,515 PEOPLE WERE DIRECTLY INVOLVED AS PARTICIPANTS IN DISPUTE RESOLUTION TRAINING, WHICH INCLUDED INTRODUCTIONS TO THE FIELD OF MEDIATION, BASIC MEDIATOR TRAINING, FAMILY MEDIATOR TRAINING, MULTI-PARTY MEDIATOR TRAINING, AND CUSTOM COMMUNICATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION TRAINING. WE OFFERED 58 DIFFERENT TRAINING EVENTS TO MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY, SCHOOLS, PUBLIC AGENCIES, BUSINESSES, AND OUR OWN VOLUNTEERS/TELEPHONE CONCILIATORS/MEDIATORS.


CONFLICT RESOLUTION: A TOTAL OF 1,638 RESIDENTS WERE DIRECTLY SERVED THROUGH TELEPHONE SERVICES, WHICH INCLUDE PROBLEM-SOLVING, REFERRALS CASE DEVELOPMENT, AND CONCILIATION; THROUGH FORMAL MEDIATION SERVICES; THROUGH INDIRECT INVOLVEMENT IN NEGOTIATIONS AND ITS RELATED BENEFITS.
