AN INTERNATIONALLY KNOWN ART JUDGE CHOOSES THE ART FOR THE EXHIBIT, GIVING THE ACCEPTED ARTISTS RECOGNITION FOR THEIR ART. GENEROUS AWARDS ARE MADE TO ALSO ENCOURAGE SUBMISSIONS. TO FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE MASTERING THE USE OF TRANSPARENT WATERCOLORS, ARTISTS WHO ARE CHOSEN TO SHOW THEIR ART IN THREE OF THE ANNUAL EXHIBITS ARE GIVEN THE RIGHT TO USE THE INITIALS, WW, IN THEIR PAINTING SIGNATURE.
