TO DEVELOP THE CAPABILITIES OF ARTISTS AND ASPIRING ARTISTS FROM THE UNITED STATES AND THROUGHOUT THE INTERNATIONAL ART COMMUNITY BY TEACHING THE FUNDAMENTALS OF VISUAL ART. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH WORKSHOPS, CLASSES, AND OTHER METHODS OF INSTRUCTION TAUGHT BY MASTER ARTISTS AND OTHERS WHO ARE LEADERS DEDICATED TO THE ARTISTIC ENRICHMENT OF THE ART COMMUNITY.
