THE ORGANIZATION EXISTS TO EMBRACE THE COMMUNITY WITH HOPE AND UNCONDITIONAL LOVE BY SERVING INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN ORDER TO DEVELOP STRENGTH, BUILD CONFIDENCE, AND ACHIEVE GOALS.
