TO STRIVE FOR EDUCATIONAL EQUITY AND PROVIDE COMMUNITY OUTREACH TO STUDENTS AND FAMILIES IN NEED INSPIRING ALL TO REALIZE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND GIVE BACK TO SOCIETY.

COMMUNITY HOLIDAY STORE IS AN ANNUAL 2-DAY EVENT PROVIDING FOOD, CLOTHING, PERSONAL CARE ITEMS, BOOKS, TOYS AND OTHER SUNDRIES TO AT-RISK CHILDREN IN THE COMMUNITY IN HOPES OF ENSURING A WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS. THE HOLIDAY STORE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IS DESIGNED TO HELP MAKE THEIR CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY BRIGHTER; GIVING THEM A SENSE OF HOPE AND THAT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN FORGOTTEN. OVER 1,500 CHILDREN WERE SERVED AT OUR HOLIDAY STORE IN 2023.


SCHOOL SUPPLY GIVEAWAY SUPPLIES AT-RISK CHILDREN WITH BACKPACKS AND ESSENTIAL SCHOOL SUPPLIES TO START THEIR SCHOOL YEAR OFF RIGHT. JUST UNDER 800 CHILDREN WERE SERVED IN 2023.


AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING PROGRAM PROVIDES HOMEWORK ASSISTANCE IN ACADEMIC SUBJECTS AND LIFE SKILLS FOR AT-RISK CHILDREN (GRADES 1-8). IN ORDER TO SUPPORT THE WHOLE CHILD PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY AND SPRITUALLY, WE ALSO OFFER NO COST SUMMER EXPERIENCES BASED ON THE INTEREST OF THE STUDENTS. THESE INCLUDE DAYCAMPS, FIELD TRIPS, AND OTHER ENJOYABLE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES.


COMMUNITY FOOD PANTRY PROVIDES FOOD TO THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE FAMILIES WHO SHOP AT OUR FOOD PANTRY. THE PANTRY DELIVERS WEEKLY BREAD BUNDLES TO STUDENTS THROUGH THE LOCAL SCHOOLS AND TO LOCAL LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES. THE PANTRY ALSO DELIVERS BAGS OF FOOD TO LOCAL LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AND TO STUDENTS' HOMES DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS. ADDITIONALLY, THE PANTRY PROVIDES SNACKS AND MEALS TO THE STUDENTS AT THE CENTER WHO ARE ENROLLED IN THE AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING PROGRAM. - 376,706 TOTAL FOR 2023.
