RESIDENTIAL SERVICES - SUPPORTS INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN THEIR HOME, HELPING THEM TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL IN THE AREAS OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT, COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP, RELATIONSHIPS, HEALTH AND SELF-ADVOCACY. THE GOAL IS TO TEACH THESE INDIVIDUALS TO BE AS INDEPENDENT AS POSSIBLE.
INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT - PROVIDES A VARIETY OF SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS MOST OF WHOM ARE LIVING INDEPENDENTLY WITH MODERATE ASSISTANCE. SERVICES INCLUDE MEDICAL AND FINANCIAL CASE MANAGEMENT, COMMUNITY INCLUSION, STRENGTHENING THE FAMILY TIES AND USE OF COMMUNITY SERVICES.
