COMMUNITY RESIDENCE: TO PROVIDE A COMMUNITY-BASED RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM FOR SERIOUSLY EMOTIONALLY DISTURBED CHILDREN WHICH PROVIDES A THERAPEUTIC RES. PROGRAM THAT INCLUDES STRUCTURED DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES.
