CDPAP PROGRAM: PROVIDING PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANCE SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WHO QUALIFY FOR THE NYS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CONSUMER DIRECTED PERSONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (CDPAP).
ACCES-VR PROGRAM: PROVIDING INFORMATION/REFERRALS ON AVAILABLE HOUSING AS WELL AS ADVOCACY ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS IN DEALING WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO OBTAIN ENTITLED BENEFITS ADVICE AND ASSIST IN DISCRIMINATION CASES AGAINST THE DISABLED.
MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM: PROVIDING INFORMATION CONSULTING, REFERRALS, WORKSHOPS, AND DISTRIBUTION OF INFO REGARDING COMMUNITY RESOURCES AND ADAPTIVE EQUIPMENT. ALSO PROVIDING WORKSHOPS FOR INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL PROBLEMS FACED BY THE DISABLED.
