DEUTSCHES ALTENHEIM SKILLED NURSING FACILITY: SINCE 1914, DEUTSCHES ALTENHEIM HAS BEEN RECOGNIZED IN THE GREATER BOSTON AREA AS A RESOURCE FOR SENIORS IN NEED. STARTING AS A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY FOCUSING ON SENIOR CARE, DEUTSCHES ALTENHEIM HAS GROWN TO PROVIDE COUNTLESS SENIORS WITH A TREMENDOUS QUALITY OF LIFE AND TODAY ENCOMPASSES REHABILITATION SKILLED SERVICES IN THE CARL J. LUDWIG TRANSITIONAL CARE UNIT (TCU). THE TCU OFFERS SHORT TERM, SKILLED NURSING REHABILITATIVE CARE FOR PATIENTS WHO REQUIRE SERVICES AFTER A HOSPITAL STAY BEFORE RETURNING TO THE COMMUNITY.
