HOSTING 15-20 KEIKI AGES 5-13, DURING SUMMER AND WINTER PROGRAMS THAT INCLUDED HANDS-ON ART & CULTURAL AWARENESS PROJECTS, APPRECIATION OF DIVERSITY PROGRAMMING, LEARNING & PRACTICING HAWAIIAN VALUES & TRADITIONS, CULTURAL FIELD TRIPS AROUND THE ISLAND OF KAUAI, RECREATION FIELD TRIPS, AND DEMONSTRATION/PRESENTATION (HO`IKE) OF WHAT THEY LEARNED.
HALELE'A CULTURAL EXPLORATION PROGRAM IS A 5-WEEK SUMMER PROGRAM FOR KEIKI AGES 5-12 THAT FOCUSES ON TRADITIONAL HAWAIIAN VALUES AND VARIOUS ISLAND CULTURAL PRACTICES.
