EMPLOYMENT, TRAINING, JOB PLACEMENT, PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH AND ADULTS, INCLUDING TWO YOUTH CENTERS SERVING AT RISK YOUTH AGES 14-21, AND A SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT FOR ACCESSING AGE-SPECIFIC AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES.
