HOMEFIRST: ENGAGED 842 HOMELESS MEN WOMEN AND CHILDREN ON THE STREETS OF MULTNOMAH COUNTY 293 HOMELESS HOUSEHOLDS (INDIVIDUALS) PLACED IN HOUSING.
HOUSING2STAY: MADE 14,104 HOME VISITS TO 272 FORMERLY HOMELESS TENANTS, 89% 12-MONTH SUCCESSFUL HOUSING RETENTION RATE.
HOMEBASE:WE ADAPTED AND CONTINUE TO USE AN ESSENTIAL SERVICES MODEL TO PROVIDE MAIL, HYGIENE, SURVIVAL GEAR AND FOOD SUPPORT DURING COVID 19 PANDEMIC. PROVIDED A DAILY AVERAGE OF 75 MEALS, 15 HYGIENE KITS AND MAIL SERVICES TO 100 PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS. WE ALSO PROVIDE AN AVERAGE OF 25 FOLKS DAILY WITH SURVIVAL GEAR.
