HOUSING2STAY: MADE 8962 HOME VISITS TO 530 FORMERLY HOMELESS TENANTS, 87% 12-MONTH SUCCESSFUL HOUSING RETENTION RATE.
HOMEBASE:WE ADAPTED AND CONTINUED TO USE AN ESSENTIAL SERVICES MODEL TO PROVIDE MAIL, HYGIENE, AND FOOD SUPPORT. PROVIDED A DAILY AVERAGE OF 100 MEALS, 15 HYGIENE KITS, AND MAIL SERVICES TO 70 PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS.
