FAMILIES TOGETHER OF ORANGE COUNTY IS A FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER LOOK-ALIKE THAT IS DEDICATED TO ASSISTING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN OVERCOMING OBSTACLES AND SERVING AS THE BRIDGE BETWEEN THE PEOPLE WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY AND THE SERVICES THAT THEY NEED AS PERTAINING TO HEALTH, WELLNESS, AND PRACTICAL SERVICES. WHILE DOING SO WE EMPOWER INDIVIDUALS TO DEVELOP FURTHER PERSONAL AND FAMILIAL SUCCESS, AS WELL AS PARTICIPATE IN GIVING A HAND UP TO THEIR NEIGHBORS.
