(WLCAC) WAS FOUNDED AS A NON-PROFIT 501(C)3 COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATION INCORPORATED IN 1965, AND HAS CONTINUOUSLY WORKED TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR RESIDENTS OF WATTS AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES WITHOUT INTERUPTION. WLCAC HAS SERVED MORE THAN 30,000 RESIDENTS ANNUALLY IN SOUTH LOS ANGELES BY PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY HOUSING, HEALTH, ECONOMIC, EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY SERVICES.
