WE OPERATED A PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDED SERVICES DESIGNED TO HELP ALL INDIVIDUALS OVERCOME THE DEVASTATING EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL EFFECTS OF BREAST CANCER TREATMENT. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES A PRIVATE, UNDERSTANDING ENVIRONMENT FOR BREAST CANCER SURVIVORS TO BE PROPERLY FITTED FOR BRAS, PROSTHESES, LYMPHEDEMA GARMENTS AND WIGS. WE OPERATE IN THREE LOCATIONS: FREMONT, PLEASANTON, AND SAN LEANDRO CALIFORNIA.IN ADDITION TO THE PROGRAM SERVICE REVENUE AND EXPENSES REPORTED IN PART III 4A, THE FAIR VALUE OF DONATED USE OF FACILITIES WAS $69,000 AND DONATED SERVICES WAS $53,815 FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022.
