BODY WISDOM, INC.'S MISSION IS TO SPREAD INTERPLAY. INTERPLAY IS A GLOBAL SOCIAL MOVEMENT DEDICATED TO EASE, CONNECTION, HUMAN SUSTAINABILITY AND PLAY. IT IS AN ACTIVE, CREATIVE WAY TO UNLOCK THE WISDOM OF THE BODY. THIS 20-YEAR-OLD SYSTEM IS BASED IN A SERIES OF INCREMENTAL "FORMS" THAT LEAD PARTICIPANTS TO MOVEMENT AND STORIES, SILENCE AND SONG.

BODY WISDOM ALSO OFFERS NUMEROUS WORKSHOPS AND MULTIPLE-DAY RETREATS THAT GENTLY IMMERSE PARTICIPANTS IN THE EASY-BODY PRACTICES OF INTERPLAY AND HELP CREATE MORE CONNECTION AND EASE IN PARTICIPANTS' LIVES.
IN THE LIFE PRACTICE PROGRAM, PARTICIPANTS MEET REGULARLY OVER A PERIOD OF TIME WITH A GROUP AND LEARN THE CORE ELEMENTS OF THE INTERPLAY SYSTEM. THIS PROGRAM IS THE FIRST STEP TOWARD BECOMING A CERTIFIED INTERPLAY LEADER. LIFE PRACTICE PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN HELD IN 10 STATES, AND THERE ARE TYPICALLY 7 OR 8 GROUPS EACH YEAR. APPROXIMATELY 1,500 PEOPLE HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THIS PROGRAM OVER THE LAST 34 YEARS. AFTER COMPLETING THE LIFE PRACTICE PROGRAM, PARTICIPANTS MAY CHOOSE TO ENTER THE INTERPLAY LEADER TRAINING PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES THE SKILLS TO EFFECTIVELY LEAD INTERPLAY FORMS AND PRACTICES IN A VARIETY OF SETTINGS.
