WDDC PROVIDED HOT MEALS AND GROCERIES FOR 13,000 MEALS TO 2,500 INDIVIDUALS; 13,000 HYGIENE PRODUCTS INCLUDING MASKS AND SANITIZER; 15,000 DIAPERS TO A GROWING POPULATION OF UNHOUSED WOMEN AND FAMILIES AND THOSE AT RISK OF LOSING THEIR HOUSING DUE TO PANDEMIC STRESSES. CASE MANAGERS PROVIDED WRAP-AROUND SERVICES FOR 30 SHELTER PLUS CARE CLIENTS.BRIDGET TRANSITION HOUSE SUPPORTED 25 PEOPLE (8 MOTHERS, 17 CHILDREN) WITH SUBSIDIZED HOUSING AND SUPPORT TO MOVE TO PERMANENT HOUSING. WDDC CASE MANAGEMENT TEAM PROVIDED HOUSING SUPPORT AND REFERRALS TO 1,000 PEOPLE SEEKING TO MAINTAIN THEIR HOUSING, 600 INDIVIDUALS WHO NEEDED EMERGENCY SHELTER, 500 GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE SURVIVORS SEEKING SUPPORT AND MORE THAN 100 FAMILIES FROM BERKELEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT.
